An Cuu City Urban Area has a total area of ​​32.3 hectares within the overall 1,700-hectare master plan of the An Van Duong New Urban Area, developed by the Institute of Urban and Rural Planning – Ministry of Construction. The project has completed the construction of 583 low-rise houses including: townhouses, semi-detached houses and garden villas; with more than 450 houses already inhabited; and complete infrastructure investment.
